<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring lamp having a film which exhibits excellent heat resistance, transparency and coloring property when being applied to the lamp surface and calcined, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: (1) A: An iron oxide-based pigment having an average particle size of 200 nm or less (preferably, 100 nm or less), and B: a bismuth vanadate having an average particle size of 300 nm or less are mixed to produce an organic solvent dispersion of color pigment, which is then mixed with (2) an organic solvent solution of a silicon-based binder, and (3) applied to the lamp surface and calcined at 150-450°C thus manufacturing a coloring lamp.
