<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature core that effectively reduces cogging torque while preventing a large reduction in output torque, to prevent vibration and noise during rotation, and an inner-rotor electric motor provided with the armature core. <P>SOLUTION: An armature core 40 has a plurality of teeth 45 that extend along a radial direction from an armature core main body 41 and are spaced at regular intervals. In a front end surface 48 of each of the teeth 45, a groove 50 is formed, along an axial direction, that has a V-shaped cross section with the vertex 50a thereof at the circumferential center of each tooth 45. A radial depth D of each groove 50 and a diameter R of the armature core 40 are set so as to satisfy the equation: D/R=0.01875±0.00375. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
