PURPOSE: A method for detecting a negative marker for obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease complication is provided to predict blood adiponectin and to control cholesterol and blood glucose. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing obesity, diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases contains a primer or a probe which specifically binds to 10-100 serial nucleotide sequences containing one or more SNPs. The kit contains a primer or probe which specifically binds to 10-100 serial nucleotides having 319th site(GenBank SNP database rs3865188) or of sequence number 1 or 433th site(GenBank SNP database rs12596316) of sequence number 2.
