PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing and refrigerating showcase which permits a slide shelf to be drawn in and out and hinders no flow of cold air sucked into a cold air suction port. SOLUTION: The slide shelf 12 movable forward and backward is stored on a fixed shelf 11 in a refrigeration chamber 4, the cold air suction port 10 is arranged behind in the front end of the fixed shelf 11 and the front end of the slide shelf 12 stored on the fixed shelf 11, and a fixed ventilation hole 18 making cold air pass through the cold air suction port 10 is provided on the fixed shelf 11, the slide shelf 12 is provided with a first moving ventilation hole 19a made to communicate with the fixed ventilation hole 18 with the slide shelf 12 stored on the fixed shelf 11 and making cold air pass through the cold air suction port 10 and a second moving ventilation hole 19b made to communicate with the fixed ventilation hole 11 with the slide shelf 12 drawn forward and making cold air pass through the cold air suction port 10.
