PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter which, for an input wave consisting of a mixture of input signals in two frequency bands, can operate on input signals in each frequency band independently at the same time.SOLUTION: The phase shifter includes a branch line coupler 110, a first phase control circuit 120, and a second phase control circuit 130. The first phase control circuit 120 includes a distributor 121, a first band phase control unit 122, and a second band phase control unit 123. The first band phase control unit 122 includes a first short-circuit block 1221 configured to block the first frequency band and a first phase adjustment unit 1222 which affects the phase of a signal in the second frequency band, while the second band phase control unit 123 includes a second short-circuit block 1231 configured to block the second frequency band and a second phase adjustment unit 1232 which affects the phase of a signal in the first frequency band. The second phase control circuit 130 also has a similar configuration. |
