PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform screen printing with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A printed-circuit board where a pattern is formed by screen printing comprises: a land group which is a set of lands formed corresponding to a through-hole; and a dummy pattern which is not electrically connected to the land group is formed near the land group. This technology can be applied to, for example, a liquid device.
