Provided in the present invention is a sterilizable assembled bracket for aseptic technique experiments, comprising a side frame, stopper wires, a connecting member, a bottom frame, a heat-resistant bar, connecting rings, a temperature display and control unit and N temperature sensors, wherein the side frame and the bottom frame are connected by the connection member, a plurality of stopper wires are provided at the opposite surface of the side frame and the bottom frame, the two terminals of the heat-resistant bar are respectively symmetrically disposed on opposite stopper wires, a plurality of connection rings are provided on the upper surface of the bottom frame, the two teminals of the heat-resistant bar are respectively disposed symmetrically in opposite connection rings, and the N temperature sensors are in communication with the temperature display and control unit. The device is a support device for inoculation rings and spreaders in microorganism and cell culture experiments, and may also be used as a support device for vertical cell cultures in a square dish in cell culture experiments. |
