PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which can give forced force to a rebar cage 2 to always position at the center of the circle of a casing 1 or a porous wall 6 and can prevent the rebar cage 2 from being co-lifted induced by lifting up of the casing 1.SOLUTION: A pressure application spacer 5 is attached in substantially equal positions by plan view to a plurality of sites in the same horizontal surface of the rebar cage 2 suspended in the casing 1. The pressure application spacer 5 gives resilience in a direction toward a porous wall and a pressure application arm 53 which is in the tip end of the pressure application spacer 5 has an enough length to reach a drilled porous wall 6.
