Disclosed are a digital device arranging a fragrance emitting unit and a control method thereof. The digital device according to an embodiment comprises a display unit displaying a first image including a first object having a first fragrance characteristic and a second object having a second characteristic; a sensor unit sensing a distance to a specific physical body portion of a user; the fragrance emitting unit; and a processor, wherein the processor controls the fragrance emitting unit to emit one among first fragrance, second fragrance and mixed fragrance of the first fragrance and the second fragrance and the mixed fragrance changes mixing ratio of the first fragrance and the second fragrance according to a preset condition. |
