<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent temperature characteristics by preventing rust of a thermally-actuated element, in a breaker used as a protection device for a secondary battery and the like.SOLUTION: A movable piece 4 has a terminal 41 protruding outside a case 7, an elastic part 43 generating elastic force to press a movable contact to a fixed contact, and a contact part 42 in contact with the case 7 between the terminal 41 and the elastic part 43. A resin base 71 constituting the case 7 has a contact part 74 in contact with the contact part 42 of the movable piece 4. Resin 74h is filled in a space between the contact part 42 of the movable piece 4 and the contact part 74 of the resin base 71, resulting in enhancement of adhesiveness between the movable piece 4 and the case 7. This prevents intrusion of, for example, moisture into the inside of the case 7 to prevent rust of a thermally-actuated element 5, thereby maintaining normal thermal-deformation operation.</p> |
