PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of more appropriately estimating the content state of a controlled substance.SOLUTION: A controlled substance information estimating system comprises: a designation reception unit that receives a designation of a controlled substance; a material extraction unit which extracts the constituent materials of components on the basis of contained-substance data associating the constituent materials and the percentage content of a controlled substance for each component, and which extracts the raw materials associated with the component type on the basis of component type data associating raw materials to each component type; a residual condition generation unit which determines a combination of constituent materials extracted by the material extraction unit, constituent materials satisfying predetermined conditions among the raw materials, and raw materials to be a combination to be included in residual conditions, calculates a representative value for the determined combination using the percentage content, and thus generates residual conditions containing the representative value and the combination; and a controlled-substance-content estimation unit which calculates the estimated percentage content of the controlled substance using the representative value when the constituent material corresponds to a constituent material contained in the residual conditions and the component type corresponds to a raw material contained in the residual conditions, with respect a predetermined component. |
