The entire plastic pellets entering from an inflow side large opening 22a of a melting hole 22 of a fuser 2 are pressurized in a melting process at a return path by driving means, and also pressurized immediately after entering inside the melting hole 22. Thereafter, at an intermediate location inside the melting hole 22, the plastic pellets are put in an air-tight state and pressurized, and inside the melting hole 22, the plastic pellets are sequentially melted in the air-tight state, so that molten resin flows out from an outflow side small opening 22b of the melting hole 22.
