The present invention relates to an iron manufacturing system and an iron manufacturing method capable of manufacturing an economically friendly steel sheet having excellent quality by reducing environmental contaminants generated in a raw-material processing process and an iron manufacturing process, and reducing energy consumption. An aspect of the present invention provides an iron manufacturing system comprising: an ingot manufacturing device manufacturing ingots using a fine iron ore; a steel-making device manufacturing ingot steel by steel-making the ingots manufactured by the ingot manufacturing device; a continuous casting device manufacturing a slab by casting the ingots manufactured by the steel-making device; a rolling device rolling the slab manufactured by the continuous casting device; and a slab heat maintaining device formed between the continuous casting device and the rolling device and uniformly controlling a temperature of the slab, and provides an iron manufacturing method. |
