<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a spraying-type Dutch coffee manufacturing apparatus can extract coffee liquid with richer taste and aroma when compared to an existing Dutch coffee manufacturing apparatus. Particularly, an embodiment of the present invention provides the spraying-type Dutch coffee manufacturing apparatus including: a water supply unit which is installed on a mount plate of a mount, stores water therein, and includes a supply hole to supply the stored water to the down side; a water spraying unit which is located under the water supply unit, receives the stored water through the supply hole, uniformly sprays the stores water toward the downside, and includes a pressurizing unit for compressing air, a motor unit for transmitting power to the pressurizing unit, and a nozzle unit for spraying compressed air with supplied water; a coffee powder storage unit which contains a certain amount of coffee powder therein, extracts the coffee liquid by passing water, sprayed from the water spraying unit, through the coffee powder, and includes a discharging hole formed to discharge the extracted coffee liquid through a lower portion thereof; a Dutch coffee liquid storage unit which is located under the coffee powder storage unit and stores the extracted coffee liquid; and a control unit which is joined connected to the motor unit and adjusts a spraying period based on a compression period of the compressed air.</p> |
