<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recommendation information appropriate for competency of a user who uses a retrieval service, along with presentation of a retrieval result. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing unit comprises: means which extracts identification information of a user who makes a retrieval request, date/time information, retrieval query information, retrieval result URL information and browsed URL information from retrieval history information in association with the identification information and stores such information as log information concerning the user retrieval request; analysis means which gives an index value according to a determination standard including at least one of composition of the retrieval query information of the log information, a correspondence relation between the retrieval result URL information and the browsed URL information and a correspondence relation between the retrieval query information and the date/time information, and accumulates the index value in association with the log information as recommendation decision information of the user along with recommendation decision information of other users; and processing means which, when the index value does not reach a prescribed value, extracts and presents recommendation information associated with an index value greater than a predetermined threshold from among the accumulated recommendation decision information including that of the other users. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
