<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller enabling optimal power control with respect to a drive motor all the time. <P>SOLUTION: A power controller includes: a smart meter 11 which can acquire a rotating cycle C12 and an electric power consumption value V12 of a drive motor 23; storage equipment 13 which can store regenerative electric power generated during idling of the drive motor 23; and respective switches 14 and 15 switching a flowing direction of electric power of the drive motor 23 and the storage equipment 13 and switching on/off electric power supply. When determining that the drive motor 23 is stopped, the smart meter 11 controls the respective switches 14 and 15 so as not to supply electric power to the drive motor 23. When determining that the drive motor 23 is idling, the smart meter 11 controls the switches 14 and 15 so as to store the regenerative electric power in the storage equipment 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
