Modular ceiling system cover cap installed at crossover of lines of modular grid so that they cover ends of cover strips which are fitted on horizontal flanges on support profiles and hide underside of flanges

The modular ceiling system has support profiles (10) orientated on the lines of a modular grid and with horizontally extending cover strips (18,18') located on its underside. Decorative panels (24) are arranged between the support profiles so that their edges (26) are covered by the cover strips. A cover cap (28) is installed at the crossover of the lines of the modular grid so that they cover the ends of the cover strips. The cover strips are fitted on horizontal flanges (12) on the support profiles and hide the underside of the flanges.
