The present invention relates to an apparatus for injecting nitrogen gas and flux to prevent oxidation and ignition in a smelting furnace to prevent the oxidation and ignition of magnesium and alloys in a smelting furnace and to boost the dissolution of the magnesium and alloys by integrally injecting eco-friendly nitrogen gas and flux powder. The apparatus for injecting nitrogen gas and flux to prevent oxidation and ignition in a smelting furnace comprises: a flux storage unit placed above a frame of an injection device to store flux powder; an inclined hopper connected to the bottom of the flux storage unit; a connection pipe to connect a nitrogen gas supply pipe to a flux discharge pipe; an injection pipe to integrally inject the nitrogen gas and the flux powder to the smelting furnace; and an opening and closing lever connected to an external nitrogen gas tank to open and close the nitrogen supply pipe. |
