<p>The present invention relates to a combustion chamber (26) comprising a sleeve section (15) which is at least partly enclosing a duct wall (10) for guiding a cooling gas (16) in a channel between the sleeve section (15) and the duct wall (10) along an outer surface of the duct wall (10). The sleeve section (15) has one main inlet opening (17) facing away from the duct wall (10) wherein the cross sectional area of the main inlet opening (17) is larger than 70% of the sum of the cross sections of all cooling openings to the sleeve section (15).
