<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity when a liner for a bearing member is formed in a state that a liner material is melted.SOLUTION: A liner injection device 10 for a bearing member for injecting and molding a liner between a housing and a ball comprises: a rotary board 18 to which a heater plate 22 is attached; a rotation drive part 28 for rotating the rotary board 18; a press device 14; and a control device. A set station A is an area where a housing and a ball are set in a state that they are held with a jig 40, a pre-heat station B is an area where the jig 40 is heated to temperature suitable for melting the liner material, an injection station C is an area where the melted liner material is injected, and an after-heat station D is an area where temperature of the jig 40 is maintained to temperature suitable for curing of the liner material and the liner is formed.</p> |
