<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding method and a laser welding device that can suppress occurrence of a blow hole so as to obtain a good welded part.SOLUTION: At least one metal member of a plurality of metal members is formed of a plated steel board having a mother material coated with a coating material that is lower in melting point than the mother material. In a pretreatment step, the plurality of metal members are held while being combined at an interval 30, and laser beam is irradiated to and passed through a first metal member 21 (one metal member), and further the passed laser beam is irradiated to a second metal member 22 (the other metal member) so as to generate a protruding part 23 protruding toward the first metal member. In a welding step, the second metal member having the protruding part generated therein is overlapped with the first metal member through the protruding part, and laser beam is irradiated to a site where the plurality of metal members are overlapped so as to normally weld the plurality of metal members together.</p> |
