The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition containing an extract of Solanum melongena and/or Lagenaria leucantha, which minimizes repulsion of customers and side effects of compounds, and has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention contains one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of a Solanum melongena extract and a Lagenaria leucantha extract as active ingredients. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention not only has less side effects to a human body, but also has excellent anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, thereby being useful in cosmetics, skin medicines, etc. |
