Provided is a PVC composite material, which comprises in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a PVC, 40-60 parts of a light calcium carbonate, 0.8-1.2 parts of an inorganic/organic composite foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a foaming regulator, 2-4 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.8-1.2 parts of a lubricant and 1.5-2.5 parts of a stabilizer, wherein the weight ratio of an inorganic foaming agent to an organic foaming agent in the inorganic/organic composite foaming agent is 1/2-1. Provided simultaneously are a foaming board using the above-mentioned PVC composite material and a matched production method, equipment and floor. The PVC product thus prepared has a high structural strength, a good foaming performance, and a more satisfactory muting effect. |
