PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin film excellent in heat insulation and to provide a plastic container with a label stuck thereon by in-mold molding the thermoplastic resin film.SOLUTION: The plastic container with a label has at least one layer of a porous layer satisfying conditions of (A) and (B) as given below. The plastic container with a label has an adhesion layer on one surface side of the porous layer and has disposed on the other surface side of the porous layer a layer having a surface on which information is to be printed. (A): The porous layer includes 25-65 pts.mass thermoplastic resin and 35-75 pts.mass inorganic fine powder. (B): The hole length L of the porous layer is represented by L=d×(ρ-ρ)/ρis 20μm or more. L is a hole length [μm]; d is a thickness [μm] of the porous layer;ρis a density [g/cm] of the porous layer; andρis a real density [g/cm] of the porous layer.
