<p>The present invention relates to a water meter. The present invention comprises: a meter lower body unit having a lower body floor unit and a lower body side unit; a meter body unit having an upper body ceiling unit and an upper meter body unit; a see-through window installed in the meter body unit; a water wheel holder having a water wheel holder floor unit and a water wheel holder side unit; a deceleration gear holder having a deceleration gear holder floor unit and a deceleration gear holder side unit; a deceleration gear unit having an upper gear support plate and a lower gear support plate and having a deceleration gear; a counting unit having a counting unit gear and a counting device; a water wheel having a water wheel shaft and a rotary wing; and a torque transmission unit. The deceleration gear unit comprises: an upper space contraction member; and a lower space contraction member. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing freezing availability of the deceleration gear unit when water inside the meter body unit is frozen and stably maintaining an initial installation state of the deceleration gear.</p> |
