<p>Disclosed are a waiting list management system based on near field communication, a turn management server, and a waiting list management method. The system includes a turn issuer reading a tag ID, included in a user terminal for near field communication, and requesting to add a user of the user terminal to a waiting list; a turn management server identifying the user by using the tag ID, notifying the user terminal of a turn by determining the turn corresponding to work of the identified user, and receiving and storing a form, made by the user about the work, from the user terminal; and a turn processor receiving and displaying the form, made by the user, from the turn management server when the turn comes to the user. According to the present invention, a time delay of an NFC P2P connection process is excluded, and the waiting list is efficiently managed while the usage of data is reduced. Moreover, a necessary form for work that a customer wants is inputted through a customer terminal in advance, and therefore, time for using a counter is significantly reduced when the customer reaches the turn.</p> |
