The present invention relates to a piston type engine and an engine device with the piston type engine which comprises a housing, and a crank shaft and two sets of rotor pistons in the housing. The two set of rotor pistons are symmetrically arranged on both ends of the crank shaft. The two set of rotor pistons are separated by a fixing frame. The engine device includes the crank shaft. The crank shaft is connected to a power output shaft by a planetary gear and a flying wheel power compensating device is fixed to the power output shaft. The symmetrically arranged rotor pistons effectively reduce vibration phenomena of an engine and completely eliminate technical problems that the temperature of the engine is high and noise is loud above the standards by making sufficient combustion in a relatively large combustion space in a rotational direction and adding an effective sealing device to a mechanical lever dynamic structure.
