<p>The present invention relates to an examining kit and method, which can effectively detect rejection of cross-species organ transplantation. More specifically, the present invention relates to an examining kit capable of effectively detecting rejection of cross-species organ transplantation. The examining kit in the present invention comprises a buffer solution including human-derived albumin and an antigen solution including Galα-1,3 Gal (α-Gal) which is a glycoprotein produced by anα-1,3-galactosyltransferase (α-1,3-gal). In addition, the present invention quantifies an antigen-antibody reaction induced by an antibody against theα-Gal (anti-Gal), namely, an anti-α-Gal antibody reaction.</p> |
