FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of genetic engineering and genetic therapy and can be used for the stimulation of the growth and regeneration of nerves and the recovery of innervations of ischemic tissues. The invention represents a method for the stimulation of the recovery of damaged tissue innervations in mammals with the application of a gene, coding an urokinase type plasminogen (urokinase, uPA) activator, optimised for expression in mammalian cells.
