<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with small power consumption, by reducing the power consumption of an amplifier circuit of a readout circuit.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: a pixel array in a matrix shape, having pixels each outputting a pixel signal and a reset signal as voltage signals; a vertical output line, disposed by each column of the pixel array, for transmitting the pixel signal and the reset signal; and a readout circuit to which the pixel signal and the reset signal are input from the vertical output line. The readout circuit includes: a first amplifier to which the pixel signal is input; a second amplifier to which a reset signal is input; a first constant current source for supplying a current to the first amplifier; and a second constant current source for supplying a current to the second amplifier. The current supplied by the second constant current source is smaller than the current supplied by the first constant current source.</p> |
