摘要 <p>Disclosed is a dual EGR device using a vortex tube of an engine system having an intake line which is connected to an intake manifold and on which a compressor of a turbocharger is installed, and an exhaust line which is connected to an exhaust manifold and on which a turbine of the turbocharger is installed. The dual EGR device using a vortex tube comprises: an HP EGR line whose one end is connected to the exhaust line from a front end side of the turbine, and whose the other end is connected to the intake manifold or the intake line; an HP EGR vortex tube installed on the HP EGR line to cool exhaust gas received from the exhaust line on the front end side of the turbine to transport the exhaust gas to an engine side; an HP EGR valve installed on the HP EGR line to selectively open the HP EGR line; an LP EGR line whose one end is connected to the exhaust line between an exhaust gas post-processing filter and a flap valve, and whose the other end is connected to the intake line from a front end side of the compressor; an LP EGR vortex tube installed on the LP EGR line to cool the exhaust gas received from the exhaust line on a rear end side of the exhaust gas post-processing filter to supply the exhaust gas to the intake line; an LP EGR valve installed on the LP EGR line to selectively open the LP EGR line; and a controller to control the HP EGR valve and the LP EGR valve.</p>
