The present invention comprises: an object to be processed support member; an upper cooling member positioned in an upper portion of the object to be processed support member to cool a first hollow portion of the object to be processed; and a lower cooling member where the object to be processed support member is mounted to cool a second hollow portion of the object to be processed. The present invention cools the first hollow portion through the upper cooling member, and the second hollow portion can be cooled through the lower cooling member. Therefore, cooling speed and cooling efficiency between an outer surface and the inner surface of the object to be processed are constant to maintain a uniform physical property of a heat treated metal and uniform durability.
