PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform processing such as attachment of a plug to a container.SOLUTION: A powder enclosure 1000 has a chamber 401 sealed while containing the container (e.g., an assembly 2) one end 251 of which is opened and in which powder is filled. The powder enclosure 1000 further has: a deaeration unit for deaerating air in the chamber 401 and in the container; a gas filling unit where a predetermined gas is filled in the chamber 401 and in the container; and a plug attachment unit 450 for fitting and attaching the plug 40 to one end 251 in the chamber 401. |
