PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert stored electric power and surely supply it to a load while avoiding reverse power flow to a power system.SOLUTION: When a commercial power system is interrupted, electric power of a battery unit 65 constituting a charge/discharge apparatus 50 is supplied to a control unit 66. The control unit 66 separates a domestic power system from the commercial power system by using the power supplied from the battery unit 65. Then, the control unit 66 activates AC-DC converters 53-55 to supply the power stored in a main battery unit of an electric vehicle to a load of a dwelling. |
