The present invention relates to a device for preventing slips of a stator in a motor of an elevator traction machine for high-rise and super high-rise buildings where high loads are applied. The present invention provides a new type of a stator slip prevention unit to prevent slips between the fixator and a fixator frame by mounting a plurality of fixating plates to the outer circumference of a motor fixator and fixating the fixating plates to the fixator frame in order to restrict the movement of the fixator. Therefore, the stator slip prevention device for a high-load traction machine is capable of effectively preventing slips of the fixator against high torque applied in the rotation direction of the motor, thereby ensuring the excellent function and quality and a long life of the elevator traction machine applied to high-rise and super high-rise buildings.
