BIOMETHANE AND POWER GENERATION UNIT BY INTEGRATING MEMBRANE SEPARATION PROCESS AND INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

The present invention relates to bio-methane and a simultaneous power generation unit using a membrane separation process and an engine combustion process. More specifically, the present invention relates to an integrated device of the membrane separation type purification unit and the engine power generation device supplying a low methane concentration gas to an engine power generation device to generate electrical energy. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the integrated device of the purification unit and the engine power generation device comprises: a pre-treatment unit removing foreign substances contained in a gas fuel; a separated membrane unit separating the methane gas; a methane gas storage unit where the high-purity methane gas is stored; a fuel control valve controlling an amount of the gas; the engine power generation device operated by using the bio-gas and the landfill gas as the fuel; a throttle valve opened and closed in accordance with an opening degree of the fuel control valve; and a control unit repetitively controlling at least one among the fuel control valve and the throttle valve and pressure or a membrane area of the separated membrane unit.
