<p>The present invention relates to a system for an advertisement and application associated with time alarm. The system for an advertisement and application associated with time alarm according to the present invention comprises: a smart terminal (10); a communication network (20); and a server (30) for an advertisement and application associated with time alarm. The smart terminal (10) includes an alarm advertisement module (14a) for performing the function of a timer for providing an advertisement associated with time alarm, reading the contents of alarm setting from a storage part (13) to operate a timer for each read information, performing the guidance of a schedule at the determined time of timers for the contents of alarm setting or on the dot of 1 to 24, and accessing the server (30) for an advertisement and application associated with time alarm through the communication network (20) to receive advertisement event information and realize the information through an input and output part (12). Accordingly, a more precise advertisement can be provided by improving the probability of advertisement targeting in association with the dot of the clock or the contents of alarms and providing advertisement event information while reflecting the contents of advertisement setting by a user in real time.
