The present invention may provide a method for reducing crosstalk, the method comprising the steps of: estimating a visibility of crosstalk, which is recognized by a viewer who views a stereo image providing an intended image and an unintended image; performing disparity adjustment with regard to the stereo image on the basis of the estimated visibility of the crosstalk; and applying a crosstalk cancellation technology in which a leakage amount of light leaked from the unintended image to the intended image is subtracted from the brightness of the intended image.
