POLARIZABLE ELECTRODE FOR CAPACITOR AND ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A polarizable electrode for a capacitor and an electric double layer capacitor including the same are provided to improve energy density by securing an electric connection path between the electrode and a current collector based on the network structure of carbon nano-tubes. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotubes(11) form a network structure. A porous carbon material(12) is dispersed between the carbon nanotubes. Ionic liquid(13) disperses the carbon nanotubes and the porous carbon material. The carbon nanotubes function as an electric connection path between the porous carbon material and a current collector(20) in order to reduce the contact resistance of an electrode and the current collector.
