MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CLOSET DOOR AND CLOSET DOOR MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a closet door, and a closet door manufactured thereby. The method comprises the following steps: preparing wood with a thickness of 18 T and cut suitable to the size of a door; putting the wood on a cooling jig; putting a grid-shaped heating jig on an upper portion of the wood; pushing slowly the heating jig while heating the upper surface of the wood with heat under a temperature of about 80°C and cooling the bottom surface of the wood with heat under a temperature of 5-10°C; and performing the heating and cooling process for the wood for 20 minutes, and turning over the wood after the heating and cooling process is completed and performing the heating and cooling process again for 20 minutes. Therefore, the closet door manufactured by the method of the present invention is a very useful invention capable of: reducing manufacturing costs due to significantly decreased thickness; and preventing the closet door from being warped or bent despite a thinner thickness, since the heating and cooling process is performed simultaneously.
