The device has outer housing modules (18-24) detachably and sealably connected with each other. The housing modules are supported on a floor side and adjustable in X, Y and Z directions. Bypass flow and core flow guide vanes (41, 42) and inner and outer pipe elements (43,44) are exchangeably arranged in interior of an outer housing for transferring air flow produced by a fan (17) to a bypass flow channel (45) and a core flow channel (46). Measuring devices (38, 39) and a microphone (40) are connected to a modularly formed telemetry unit and exchangeably arranged in the bypass channel.
