<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new-type solid drug particle having both an excellent masking function and an excellent eluting function characterized in that when powder and granules carrying a medicine having an unpleasant taste are taken in, especially even when an acidic medicine such as ibuprofen having an unpleasant taste is taken in with an acidic drink, the unpleasant taste in the mouth is well suppressed and that the medicine is quickly eluted to achieve its effect as quickly as possible in the stomach. <P>SOLUTION: The drug particle is composed of (a) a core particle containing the medicine having an unpleasant taste, (b) a coating layer containing a water-soluble coating agent, (c) a coating layer containing a water-soluble coating agent and a water-insoluble coating agent and (d) another coating layer containing a water-soluble coating agent in the order from the inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
