The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing blockade. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to prevent blockade in a point where blockade of a pip transferring dredged soil over long distances is predicted and to prevent blockade in a pipe blockade predicted region through a change of a flow profile. The apparatus for preventing blockade of dredged soil transfer pipe overcomes a limitation of a flow resistance reduction device utilizing an electromagnetic field to economically and efficiently maintain pump feeding of the dredged soil for preventing the blockade of existing concrete and efficiently transferring the dredged soil.
