PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that can enlarge an adjustable range of a voltage output from the power supply device to a power storage device 40 while suppressing increase of the body size and cost.SOLUTION: A power supply device is configured to be switchable between a contact power supply mode in which power is supplied from an AC power source 41 through a contact terminal 11, a first rectifying unit 50 and a converter 70 to a power storage device 40, and a non-contact power supply mode in which power is supplied from the AC power source 42 through a non-contact power receiving unit 20, the first rectifying unit 50 and the converter 70 to the power storage device 40. In order to increase the maximum value which can be obtained by the output voltage of the converter 70 when power is supplied in the non-contact power supply mode, the power supply device is configured to stop a power factor improving operation using a reactor 60a and divert the reactor 60a to increase the output voltage of the converter 70 when power is supplied in the non-contact power supply mode. |
