<p>The present invention relates to a device of an automatic rotary packing machine to convert a flat pouch to a tetrahedral pouch capable of manufacturing a pouch having upper and lower sealing portions formed at a right angle. The device comprises: an automatic rotary packing machine having a gripper with a gripper jaw to clamp a pouch and a gripper roller to operate the gripper jaw, a rotary shaft, and a barrel cam coupled to the rotary shaft to reciprocate as much as a one process and having a cam formed in the upper part to adjust a gap of the gripper; an arm part coupled to the rotary shaft of the automatic rotary packing machine and repeatedly reciprocating until one process of the automatic rotary packing machine; a rotary member mounted on the arm part; and a pouch clamping member having a movable member coupled to be rotated by the rotary member, a pair of paddles laterally which move by the movable member to widen an entrance of the pouch inside the pouch, and clamping members formed on both side surfaces of the movable member to clamp the side surfaces of the pouch. The present invention reduces economical loss by adding a device to rotate a pouch while intactly utilizing components of an existing automatic rotary packing machine and improves productivity by reducing operation hours required for one process as the pouch clamping member is formed on the barrel cam formed on the existing automatic rotary packing machine to maintain an unclamped state of the gripper before the rotation of the pouch until the next process.</p> |
