<p>The present invention relates to a treating device and method for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. The device of the present invention comprises: a base plate having a light-emitting device mounted thereon through a penetration pipe, and having a base plate insertion stator coupled with and mounted on a base plate stator; a buffering plate for buffering vibration of a PCB plate, and having a penetration pipe, so the light-emitting device mounted on the PCB plate can be mounted on the penetration pipe of the base plate; a base plate stator, in which the light-emitting device mounted on the PCB plate is mounted on the penetration pipe of the base plate through the penetration pipe of the buffering plate, and the coupled PCB plate, base plate, buffering plate can be crossly coupled with a connection pad; an applicator coupled with the PCB plate, the base plate, the buffering plate, the base plate stator, and the connection pad; a wearing unit coupled with the applicator to be fixed onto the head part in a helmet shape; and an elastic pad coming in contact with the wearing unit, the scalp, and the ear part. A combined body coupled with the base plate, the buffering plate, the PCB plate, and the base plate stator can be divided into at least three components, and the light-emitting device arranged on an applicator base plate consisting of the three components is formed in a structure which can be mounted on the head part.</p> |
