The present invention relates to an apparatus to supply drinking water. Disclosed is an apparatus to supply drinking water comprising: a supply line to supply tap water by being extended from a water supply pipe to the inside; a cooling unit installed in the supply line to cool the tap water; a temperature sensing line connected with the cooling unit to supply the tap water cooled through the cooling unit, and sensing a temperature of the cooled tap water; a water discharge line connected with the temperature sensing line and installed with a cold water discharging valve to control a discharge of the tap water through a cold water cock installed in an end unit; and a drain line installed with a drain valve installed in the water discharge line to discharge a certain amount of tap water before discharging the tap water through the cold water cock.
