<p>The present invention relates to a weather strip testing device capable of not only accurately and rapidly testing a cross section shape of a weather strip, but also systematically managing information on the cross section shape of the weather strip, and a weather strip testing method using the same. For this, the present invention provides the weather strip testing device and the weather strip testing method using the same, wherein the device comprises: a specimen placing unit on which a weather strip which becomes a specimen is placed; a vision unit to photograph the shape of the specimen by being installed to face the specimen placing unit; a display unit in which information on the specimen and information related to a standard sample which becomes a standard capable of determining the quality of the specimen are displayed; a storage unit in which a testing result for the specimen is stored as an electronic file; and a control unit to control the vision unit, the display unit, and the storage unit. The control unit comprises: a microprocessor to produce a testing projected figure by processing a photographed image of the specimen from the storage unit, to compare the testing projected figure with a standard projected figure by calling the standard projected figure for the standard sample from the specimen, and to measure numeric information on the cross section shape of the specimen.</p> |
