An inspection device for a slider assembly machine. The inspection device inspects the fastening of a lock pin (3) of a slider (100) that has fastened to a body section (1) thereof the lock pin (3) and a pull (2). The inspection device has an inspection bar (82) that presses down on the pull (2) of the slider (100) and causes a pawl part (3c) of the lock pin (3) to be displaced from an element guide path (1d) of the body section (1), and has a laser sensor (83) that detects the position of the pawl part (3c) of the lock pin (3) when the pawl part (3c) of the lock pin (3) has been pushed out of the element guide path (1d) of the body section (1). The inspection device uses the laser sensor (83) to detect the position of the pawl part (3c) and can inspect whether the lock pin (3) of the slider (100) is attached to the body section (1) so as to return by spring force. |
