PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle sunshade device which achieves more excellent operability. ! SOLUTION: A sunshade device 11 includes: a guide rail 12 extending along a periphery of a roof opening part 3 serving as a natural lighting part provided at a roof panel 2; and a holding member 30 which may move along the guide rail 12 while holding a light shielding panel 10. The guide rail 12 forms a duct 26 having a guide groove 25 opening at the lateral side. The holding member 30 includes: a slide part 31 which is provided so as to slide along an extension direction of the guide rail 12 in the duct 26 while being allowed to relatively rotate around an axis line along the extension direction; and a holding part 32 which has a connection shaft 36 inserted into the duct 26 through the guide groove 25 and is connected with the slide part 31. !
